"Soft Tip" Bin Tipper

Compac-Lenz offers a "Soft Tip" Tipper which can be used to tip a variety of produce. The tipping systems capabilities put it in the large production levels category with proven results.

We have engineered the tipper to be flexible and the bin sizes it can handle are up to a height of 675mm and a base of 1200mm Sq.

Development has brought us to using PLC Hydraulics which gives us infinite control. The adjustments can be customized to optimize fruit flow,and provide control to balance speed and gentleness. This gives the capacity to tip 30 tonnes per hour and still retain smooth operation.
