A Complete Bin-Handling System
Whilst the machinery itself is incredibly sophisticated, it is also very simple. A number of small but intelligent features combine to produce a complete and fully integrated bin-handling system.
Built from large steel sections and using heavy rollers and bearings the bins are driven from direct drive gearboxes and VSD drives to match roller speeds. The system can be run in manual or full auto control with the ability to make manual adjustments while still in auto. The systems capacity is 24 full bins on the infeed (6 x 4 bins high) and 48 bins on the outfeed (8 x 6 bins high).
Intelligence in design ensures that any misaligned bins are self corrected. Simply load the infeed and let the system take care of the rest. It incorporates produce weighing with single docket printing of batch runs to full live integration with other networked information systems.
